If you guys are wondering, I'm the customer who couldn't contact her for over an hour. The 1st few times, there wasn't any answer. After that, the phone was simply uncontactable.
Thing was, she told me earlier in the day I could come after 9pm under her block after I told her I needed it urgently. She also told me her street address as it is not written here in the blog. So yes, I decided to go to her place in Sengkang despite the fact that I live in Jurong.
Before 9, I texted her to ask her to inform me once she's home and I'll come over immediately. I didn't get a reply. So I called, but didn't get an answer despite numerous attempts. However, I went ahead and drove to Sengkang. I wanted to come another day but there wasn't any other day that I was free and needed it fast. That's the whole point of purchasing in-stock products after all.
Reached at 930, still couldn't contact her. And I was considerably distressed that she didn't try to contact me in any way despite knowing that she have told me I can come after 9 and it was already 930pm. I waited and left at 9.53pm, obviously frustrated for I have come all the way from Jrg and I actually gave my ticket for a musical to a friend cuz I wanted to collect the Palettes from Weiduo.
Minutes past 10pm, Weiduo got back to me via sms. I would have appreciated if she called immediately upon getting all the missed calls and smses though.
To cut the story short, she's honest enough to admit her mistakes, and makes up for all the inconvenience caused by compensating a little. She gave one palatte for free and got her dad to send the palattes to me the next day at Vivo which was near my workplace (Sentosa).
So fret not, I still will recommend your link to my friends as some of them are also intending to get items that can be found here. And yes, I will still consider getting items from here as I know this don't happen often and its just unfortunate it had to happen to me the 1st time I ordered form here. S'ok, we all learn from mistakes.

I knew that 78 palette and the gel liner has not arrive yet so I asked her if I could just collect the 88 and at the same time get my 66 lip palette(cash and carry). With no hesitation Weiduo said yes and i collected them today. She's a sweet girl and will definitely buy more product from her.
