I've gotten several comments and emails by people who shared similar experience with me, asking me for Singsale's contact number. Unfortunately they didnt contact me via phone but via email. So I don't have the number either. They contacted me after they saw my blog post. Really hope you guys get your stuff soon!

Singsale seemed to have seen my blog post (and commented) Which I don't know how come coz my blog isn't very established or anything. But a person called Jim contacted me and said the order had been sent out some time ago from Australia and he will investigate into the matter. And will refund me if the package is missing.

Is pretty terrible.
In summary, credit card charged immediately, then end of story. Customer service does not exist. Package still not received after almost 2 months as I'm writing this post.
I placed my order on 21 nov 2010. Intending for it to be a christmas gift. (Which of course didn't happen). After I placed my order I got an email saying it takes 7-21 days to arrive.
After 2 weeks, my order hasn't arrived but I was going overseas, so I contacted them through the inquiry system on the website and asked them whether they have sent out the package, and if I could change the mailing address if they haven't sent it out yet. Coz I was going to be overseas for 3 weeks. No reply.
Then about a week after that, they said they are sorry but one of the pieces I bought was out of stock, and they will refund to my credit card. (which as I last checked, also hasn't happen). No response to my previous enquiry. And I don't know why they took 3 weeks to figure out that one of the pieces was out of stock. But I thought, at least it means they probably have packed my purchase and prob going to send it soon right? Wrong.
After I came back from overseas, which was another 2 weeks after, around end dec, I still had not received it and the status was STILL delivery requested. And still no reply of the previous inquiry. What's the use of having a sophisticated inquiry system with dates and record keeping and everything when you aren't going to look at it and respond to the inquiries?? It was already like 5 weeks (and I get complained by my customers for not replying in the same day!) so I decided to send in another inquiry to ask where the hell is my order (I asked politely).
Still no reply after days. I was getting pretty worried so I googled singsale to see if other people have received their stuff. Turned out this guy (and MANY others) had the same experience. He found out the main company's website (ozsale.com.au) and complained and he got a reply! I contacted ozsale immediately and FINALLY, I got a response from singsale. "I will just check the status of this order."
Huh? That's it? Shouldn't you give me a good explanation why it took so long, or at least tell me when I can expect it?
After more than a week again, I logged in and it finally says despatched. But as I half expected, the tracking number wasn't working.
I'm already like super patient and nice about this? There's another girl who ordered 2 weeks before Christmas, didn't get her order on time and was so angry and wanted to ask for refund. I ordered like 6 weeks before Christmas and it didn't even come. And for a company who just treat you as non-existent, what good is it to ask for a refund? Sigh. All the more they won't bother to reply.
I think I'm being too kind to them. It's so ridiculous! How busy r they that they need 5-6 weeks to send out my stuff? And didn't even bother to explain or anything. Seriously, they just treat their customers like credit cards and nothing more,
Really disappointed. Will never ever purchase again.

I've just received my 1st order from Singsale today. I ordered a white sunglasses but received a black one... Attached to the sunglasses was a letter apologising with the explanation that there was an internal error with their supplier but they've done their best and gave me a replacement instead. If I wasn't happy with the sunglasses, I can request for a refund (which I did!). I'm waiting for another order from Singsale (a watch for my daughter). Hopefully I won't get a similar letter, with a replacement item which is NOT what I ordered or even to my liking!
Just wondered why Singsale didn't email me, if the item I ordered was not available? They could have provided other designs, which are available, for me to choose right?
Though I don't have to bear the cost to return my item but I've wasted initial delivery charges for an item I've to return... Gosh!!!
SingSale SUCKS! Ordered on 14th December and up till now have not receive the purchase item. Got a few replies to my queries and after that, no news despite sending several emails.
Today sent 2 emails, 1 to Singsale and the other 1 to ozsale.com.au. Awaiting impatiently for their response.
Will never ever purchase from SingSale again.
Hmm... Weird leh. I purchased twice from Singsale already. The items did arrive but after some delay (between 14 - 16 days) from the date of purchase. Not to the extent of 1 - 2 months.
But one thing about my second purchase was the size. Apparently, some of the sizing varies. Sometimes it's one size bigger. So you need to know the brand size very well before you select the sizing.
Hi I ordered a stylophone from singsale more than a month ago and sent them an email regarding my product but up till now there is nothing..I checked with speedpost but they have no record of the order number that singsale gave me. Is there any way i can get my product?? No reply from the singsale team at all...wondering if i could have the contact number if u have it? Really frustrated...
Don't order from Singsale! They use our $ to advertise and keep us waiting.. I have placed the order for more than 2 months. They agreed to cancel my order and i did not see any adjustment in my credit card bill yet.

Now, i really feel bad that I did not check out the review about singsale before I ordered from them. my order still has not come although the email i received says items have been dispatched. Same experience-- the tracking number they sent is not recognized by singpost--what a scam!!! am trying to request my bank to stop payment, i don't know if this can actually be done--hard earned money going to waste?
Oh my, lucky i read your blog entry and all the comments, apparently not only your blog but i found out that other bloggers also met with discontented and disappointment from Singsale... even though the discounts are attractive i will seek other alternatives now.. thank you so much if not i have to endure unnecessary worries and frustrations for weeks! And i juz went to their fb page, at least they took 1 to 2 working days to reply for the complaints there..

Thanks for blogging your experience. I should have scoured reviews for singsale before ordering! My housemate was pretty satisfied with their service that I went ahead and ordered 1 item. Another housemate wasn't so lucky and her item got lost (she had to email them after 2 months of not receiving her package) and I'm not sure if she has already received the refund. I sent my first query through their website and they replied the following day informing me that there's been a delay from their warehouse. Fine. The following day my order status changed to "Dispatched" and they have given me a tracking number to check through Speedpost. The tracking ID didn't work. I contacted them again telling them that I will never buy from their website again. They told me that my item is lost. They have lodged an investigation with Speedpost to locate my item(I doubt it is Speedpost's fault) and they have offered to give me a refund. I checked today and still no refund. Singsale.com sucks. SAVE YOUR $ AND DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHITTY WEBSITE.
Sigh ... Now I also scared, after reading lots of ppl have waited so long!

Ordered from them on July 9 and they said they'll be sending it 7-21 days after the sale ends, hopefully they will stick to their word. With the "2 million members" banner put up on their page I expected very good service and professionalism (if they say it's going to come within that time, it should). So hopefully I would really receive my package and do not have to wait for 2 months like you guys :(

I ordered a small evening purse on 11th October and received it on 27th Oct. Looks like it was sent from Australia then speedpost by courier in Singapore.
I bought a VIP Time Italy watch that is worth more than $300. And guess what? The second hand dropped off on the second day and I did not even wear it for more than 10 mins! All the items I bought from Singsale did not come as described on the internet. The quality was FAR worse than what was shown / described on the internet. Don't be cheated!
I have ordered few items from singsale.com.sg website and promptly received the good through Signpost registered post service

I really wish I'd done my homework and research reviews on Singsale before purchasing from them. Especially since the item I purchased cost S$300+!!
It has been 21 days since I last placed my order and no news on my item. Worse, all my emails to them don't help at all - all I get in return are template replies stating "as you know, we quote 14 - 28 days delivery..." blah blah blah.
Quite unacceptable that they can't even tell me what's happening with my item. Not even an ESTIMATED delivery date.
I shop regularly online and have never experienced this (lousy) level of service.
This is my first and last purchase from them. Buyer beware!!

I am also disappointed with Singsale. After making a mistake, and lack of information on products, which resulted in not satisfactory product, they should refund my money, instead they are crediting it into singsale account! im sooo frustrated!!
